Bronwyn’s work explores concepts relating to the ‘Australian Gothic’ genre. She engages with the uniqueness of the Australian experience and its natural environment to create narrative in her printmaking. Symbolism and visual metaphor are key features and she uses these conventions to craft a story book quality in her work. Her imagery is detailed and expressive and often in contrast to the open space in her compositions. Bronwyn has exhibited prints in a number of group shows and been selected for several art awards. Her work is held in private collections in Australia and internationally. She is also a member of The Printmakers’ Association of Western Australia.
